We are dedicated to making cats happy and believe our products can satisfy the most finickiest cat! Suggestions or comments are welcomed, so please e-meow us.
Orders:
It couldn’t be easier! Decide which product or products you wish to buy and click the order button to add your purchases to the secure online shopping cart. From here you can pay for the Pampered Kitty Gift Bag by using one of the following methods.
1. We accept PayPal, the fast way to pay for merchandise with a credit card or through a checking account.
2. Call Jan directly at (774) 237-0797 to place an order by credit card.
3. Don’t care to order online? Here is a Printable Order Form that can be downloaded. Complete the form and mail it along with a check or money order. Please note that orders paid for by check will be ship-delayed by up to 10 days for bank clearance of the check amount.
Shipping:
All continental USA orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
For Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, and international orders, please contact us so that we can give you the correct postage fees.
Delivery Time:
Because all Pampered Kitty gifts are handmade, orders will generally be mailed within five business days of order placement. Please allow the post office one week after the item has been mailed for delivery to your home.
Returns:
We hope you will be satisfied and excited about our products! If, however, you are not, please contact us within 15 days to arrange for an exchange or refund. For returns, shipping charges will apply. The goods must be returned in original and resalable condition and for catnip products, that means no paw prints or kitty licks or bite marks by the cat of the house! In other words, if you plan on returning any of the catnip products, hide them. That way, your cat won’t be disappointed!
Sorry, there can be no returns on international shipping.
