Shipping

 

All continental USA orders will be shipped via priority mail. 

 

 

For Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, and international orders, please contact us so that we can give you the correct postage fees.

 

Delivery Time

 

Because all Pampered Kitty gifts are handmade, orders will generally be mailed within five business days of order placement. Please allow the post office one to two weeks after the item has been mailed for delivery to your home.

 

Returns

 

We hope you will be satisfied and excited about our products!  If, however, you are not, please contact us within 15 days to arrange for an exchange or refund. For returns, shipping charges will apply. The goods must be returned in original and resalable condition and for catnip products, that means no paw prints or kitty licks or bite marks by the cat of the house! In other words, if you plan on returning the Pampered Kitty Gift Bag, hide it. That way, your cat won’t be disappointed!

Sorry, there can be no returns on international shipping.
